Membership
What are the different membership tiers?
We offer four distinct membership tiers: Monthly, Quarterly,
Half-Yearly and Yearly. Each tier is designed to cater to
equal levels of performance commitment, featuring equal
levels of access to private recovery zones and amenities.
The primary differences lie in the session allocation and
pricing structure, with longer-term commitments offering
greater value and flexibility for our elite members.
Can I pause my membership during travel?
Yes. Yearly members can pause their memberships for up to 30
days per calendar year. For more information on how to
request a pause, please contact us.
Training Sessions
How do I book a session with a performance architect?
You need to contact us to book a session. You can reach out
to us via phone or email, and our team will assist you in
scheduling your session with one of our elite performance
architects based on your preferences and availability.
What is the cancellation policy for private sessions?
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Late
cancellations or no-shows will result in a session deduction
from your monthly balance.
Gym Hours & Policies
What are the atelier operating hours?
Our doors are open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.
What is the code of conduct of the atelier?
We maintain a strict code of conduct to ensure a respectful
and inclusive environment for all members. This includes
guidelines on appropriate behavior, use of equipment, and
interactions with staff and fellow members. For detailed
